Customers are solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. BODÉ STUDIOS does not assume any liability for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to BODÉ STUDIOS due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of CHF 5 (EUR 5). The cost of the order, minus the original shipping fee and the handling fee, will be refunded to the customer.

In the event that a reshipment is required due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the shipping fee retrospectively.

If a package is not collected by the customer at a designated pickup location (e.g. parcel locker, checkpoint, or post office) within the carrier's holding period and is returned to BODÉ STUDIOS, we do not assume any responsibility for delays or costs resulting from this. In such cases, any shipping costs are borne by the customer, and we reserve the right to charge a handling fee. A refund will only be issued for the value of the products, excluding shipping and handling fees.

For returned orders with a merchandise value exceeding CHF 200 (EUR 200), we also reserve the right to apply the shipping fee after the return has been processed.
