Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping within the respective currency zone starting from an order value of 200 CHF for customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and 200 EUR for customers outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the product and the country you would like us to ship to. Simply add the products you want to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. You will then see the estimated delivery time for your location.

Do I have to pay import duties or customs fees?

No. All parcels are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Switzerland & Liechtenstein: Orders are shipped directly from Switzerland. No customs or import duties.

European Union: Orders are shipped from Germany, so no import duties apply.

United Kingdom: Import duties and customs fees may apply. If you select the UK as your shipping destination, this will be clearly displayed during checkout.

We take care of all import handling where applicable, so you won’t have unexpected fees. Except for UK shipments where charges may apply.

Can I return a perfume if I don’t like it?

Perfume is a cosmetic product and, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened or used.

If the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy.

If you are unsure about a fragrance, we always recommend trying a sample or contacting us for guidance before purchasing a full-size bottle.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged during shipping?

If a package gets lost or damaged during transit, contact us immediately. We will review the case and help you further.

Can I find the fragrances in physical stores?

Yes. We work with partner perfumeries and selected retail stores around the world. You can discover all locations through our Store Locator on the website.

Where do you develop and produce the fragrances?

We develop our fragrances in Zurich (CH) and produce them in Grasse (FR).

Are your fragrances hypoallergenic?

All fragrances undergo thorough allergy and toxicological assessments and comply with the standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA).

We work closely with cosmetic regulatory experts for the EU (including Switzerland and Liechtenstein), UK, and US markets to ensure that all our products meet global safety and compliance requirements.
